Delivery Policy

Order Confirmation:

When you place an order with us your card gets pre-authorised but the payment won't be taken until we've made sure that the product is in stock and ready to be shipped immediately. As soon as this is done we'll take payment and dispatch your product straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery:

Once your order is placed, assuming we have confirmed it is in stock, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 2 working days (but normally next day). We'll send you the tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. Please allow 2 to 6 working days as we use a range of couriers across the UK. If you haven't received your order after this time please email contact@launchelectric.com.

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to contact@launchelectric.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

 

Cost:

We offer free shipping on all products over £100. Anything below £100 will be subject to a £5 shipping fee.
